Consultant Psychiatrist
A specialist doctor who can diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
Clinical Psychologist
A specialist doctor who works with young people to reduce psychological distress and promote psychological wellbeing.
Assistant Psychologist
Provides young people with clinical support under the direct supervision of our psychologists.
Service Manager
Ensures high quality service delivery, managing teams, developing and implementing service standards and procedures.
Registered Manager
Supporting and supervising the unit managers, offering guidance and information to enable them to effectively and safely carry out their roles.
Unit Managers
Responsible for the day to day running of the units, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing high quality care.
Team Manager
Leading and guiding members of the MDT and facilitating a productive and positive work environment.
Social Worker
Works with the young people and the young people’s families providing advocacy, support, assessment and works collaboratively with the MDT.
Occupational Therapist
A healthcare professional who helps young people to develop or keep up with meaningful activities or occupations.
Occupational Therapy Assistant
Works alongside Occupational Therapists to help deliver interventions and meaningful activities.
Reducing Restrictive Practice Lead
Reviews restrictive practices including blanket restrictions. Reviews and monitors incidents to analyse for themes and to learn lessons. Supports staff & young people with debriefs.
Reducing Restrictive Practice Assistant
Works on the units in collaboration with the Reducing Restrictive Practice Lead, supporting staff and young people with debriefs.
DBT Lead
DBT is designed to reduce risk behaviours and increase emotion regulation by supporting an understanding of how intense emotions trigger unhelpful behaviour.
Teacher
A professional who helps young people learn and access education
Teacher Assistant
Works alongside the teacher to help young people learn and access education.
Positive Behaviour Support Lead
Works with young people and the team to complete a Positive Behaviour Support plan for each young person. This helps staff understand how best to help young people when they are feeling distressed.
Positive Behaviour Support Assistant
Works on the unit in collaboration with the PBS Lead to embed PBS plans.
