Our specially-designed facilities are instrumental to delivering the high-quality treatment and care we strive for here at Aaban. Our two units, Providence and Moira, provide each of our young people with a safe, peaceful, homely environment that they need to effectively recover.
Both of our units have been purpose-built from the ground up by specialist architects, with every aspect of them designed to aid and assist recovery as much as possible. Providence and Moira are located within the calm community of Oswaldtwistle, allowing our young people to recover in privacy but not in isolation. Alongside treatment and care, we focus on helping young peopleto improve their Activities of Daily Living, otherwise known as ADLs.

Like Providence, Moira is 10-bed facility with en-suite rooms, specially designed to provide quality care to young people with complex social, emotional and behavioural needs. Moira can offer further step-down treatment and care from Providence for young people whose conditions have stabilised, but who are still not ready for community-based care.Read More
